Vicki Coffman LMFT
FOUNDER & CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Vicki is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both California and Virginia and is the Founder of Encouragers Counseling & Training Centers, Inc.(ECTC) and Encouragers Family Counseling Inc (EFC). Vicki has over 25 years experience working as an advocate for victims of crime including: domestic violence, rape, child abuse, adolescent conduct disorders, and working with the criminally insane. She has been a courtroom professional expert on the topic of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for victims of rape, and currently works with Veterans, Victims of Crime, Military, and First Responders with PTSD. Vicki also writes a blog where she offers nuggets of wisdom concerning mental health issues and a variety of other topics that all intertwine with improving one's life to be "the best person you can be."

Brenna Woods

Brenna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor for the Murrieta Practicum students who are currently working toward graduation of their master’s degree. Brenna is a highly valued member of the team in that she brings great expertise working as a mental health provider alongside law enforcement. Brenna has been licensed in California since 2018, and has been a clinical supervisor since 2020.

Eleane L. Young

Eleane is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She started working for Encouragers in 2018 and then moved to Richmond, Virginia. In 2024, Encouragers Counseling & Training Centers expanded to the Commonwealth of Virginia and is serving the communities near Richmond, Virginia at: 9327 Midlothian TPKE STE 1D N. Chesterfield, Virginia, 23235-4965.
Eleane is currently providing Clinical Supervision, training support, and is overseeing the development of Encouragers' East Coast Region. Eleane is making new connections, working with universities, military, and the faith community. Natalia Clifford

Natalia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor for the Corona Practicum students who are currently working toward graduation of their master’s degree. Natalia brings an expertise in Christian counseling as a graduate from California Lutheran University in Ventura and currently is a clinical supervisor as well as working in private practice. She has been a supervisor since 2022 and received her license in 2016.
