Encouragers Counseling & Training Centers is one of a kind. We are a 501c3 nonproft with mental health clinics in Murrieta and Corona, California and Midlothian, Virginia, but it’s the providers who make ECTC unique.

ECTC partners with universities across America to offer on the job training to masters degree students and post graduate Associates/Residents working under supervision of certified licensed clinical supervisors.

ECTC then provides low income families, those without insurance, or those who can’t afford insurance premiums a pathway to healing through our discounted scholarship program. You can apply to receive affordable mental health services tailored to your specific needs.

ECTC offers the faith community Christian Counseling through our Community Service Agreements. Churches, homeless shelters, Foster Care Agencies, and other organizations are able to provide mental health at greatly reduced cost. Additionally, ECTC partners with other nonprofits when applying for grants and community scholarships.

ECTC offers small business owner’s discounted Employee Assistance Program. Let’s face it, mental health is impacting everyone in one way or another. Now employers can offer their employees a EAP program specific to their needs.

ECTC serves military families and veterans through the Veterans Administration Community Care Network (VACCN). ECTC is proud to report we have not lost any client to suicide in the 10 years we’ve been serving.
